In 2022, the founder of UAB Bank of Nanotechnologies established a company in Slovakia – BNT group s.r.o. to manage the BNT Ecosystem, tokenize assets, and commercialize innovations.

For these purposes, UAB Bank of Nanotechnologies transferred to the latter its technology for purification, classification and functionalization of carbon nanomaterials under a trust agreement. In addition, BNT group s.r.o. updated the market research published in 2018. In that same year, an independent valuation was carried out based on the obtained results.

The updated version of the research contains new data on the state of the market of carbon nanomaterials and their applications in various industries.

A number of laboratory studies were carried out to test the technology of purification of carbon nanomatrices offered by different manufacturers. Their results showed the versatility and unprecedented efficiency of the method of removing metal impurities.

An important factor outlined in the latest edition of the market research is determining the applications of CNMs for the synthesis of new ion exchange materials on a carbon nanomatrix based on the laboratory studies. The obtained prototype products are the know-how of UAB Bank of Nanotechnologies.

Thus, the BNT Ecosystem has a basis for the implementation of the first two startup projects, which will eventually lead to a dramatic increase in the investment and market value of R&D and the liquidity of digital assets.

In 2023, we plan to conduct a new independent valuation of the relevant investment assets.
