INVESTORS IN SECURITY TOKENS

  • can transfer the assets they have acquired to the Ecosystem's trust, thus lowering the barrier to entry in deep tech investing;
  • can invest in startup projects on their own at any time;
  • can sell their crypto assets to the Ecosystem or its participants at the market price or hold their security tokens in custody as defensive assets.
INVESTORS IN STARTUPS

  • have access to the profiles of all the startups in the Ecosystem;
  • can use and take advantage of the secured crypto financial instruments;
  • make smart and safe investment decisions using their own tools and the Ecosystem's services to assess the risks.

How to Become an Investor

To invest in the startups of the Ecosystem, you need to register on our website and get the investor status. If you are a registered user, you need to log in to your account and apply for a change of your status to investor. After submitting the application, you will be asked to fill in our questionnaire and pay an entry fee of 5,000 US dollars in BNTCS.

SIGNING A CONTRACT

It is necessary to sign a contract at the time of registration.

Taking into account the changing conditions imposed by national and supranational regulators for the use of fintech (blockchain) instruments in business and investment activities, the BNT Ecosystem reserves the right to make changes to the BNTCrypto acquisition smart contract at any time to ensure that its provisions comply with the current legal standards.

The first step to investing is to legally purchase BNTCrypto tokens. Then transfer the acquired BNTCrypto tokens to the address of the project (startup) of choice. Transaction data are available in the investor’s personal account.
